Nice hotel with terrible service!

Liked: Quite nice hotel in art deco style, as the name says, with very nice wellness and spa area.
Disliked: Absolutely incompetent, arrogant and rude personal. Especially staff working restaurant. This hotel might call themselves 5* but they definitely provide 2* service. Perfect example that the 5* hotel is not made just with the nice rooms and lobby but mainly by the service they provide. And the value you get here for your money is not worth a dime here. Apart from service the rooms were very cold, even when we set the thermostat higher the room was very cold during the day and even more during the night.

Liked: Beautiful, clean, excellent facilities, wonderful spa, pool, steam & sauna rooms, showers, heated loungers. Room was gorgeous, great housekeeping, comfortable beds, bar staff were friendly and helpful, can’t praise it enough! Thankyou so much for an absolutely perfect stay, excellent location - 5 min walk from the square

Beautiful hotel in excellent location

Liked: Beautiful hotel . Excellent location just a few mins walk from main square . Comfy rooms for a great nights sleep. Supermarket a few doors away . Friendly , helpful staff .
Disliked: Bathroom small
