Liked: the only good in this place is location, nothing else.
Disliked: When we arrived the were no one on reception (as during the whole stay I have not seen anyone there). Hotel has not sent us an instruction how to get in and no one was replying on our messages and calls. We went in as someone I guess from guest randomly open a door. There were our keys on reception and nothing else. The room was different from the photos of the booking, different bed. there were traces of dust, mold. Scuffs on the walls. Overall feeling from this place is completely different from expectations based on photos from booking. The temperature of water in a shower can be either cold or boiling hot. Room service has not renewed a coffee.

Disliked: Pillows were very uncomfortable, and inside it was very hot even for March when it wasn’t hot outside.

High price does not reflect...

Liked: Liked : location..very close to railway station and attractionsDisliked : was not made aware the apartment was on top floor with no lift. Mosquitoes!!!!! Was told €9 city charge to be paid for 3 of us but when my son checked out he was told to pay more and was informed they had made a mistake in sending me the text. Positive : staff was brilliant. Thank you.

Not recommended

Liked: The location is perfect as described, but the room doesn‘t look like the picture that the hotel uploades. The furniture in the room has deteriorated quite a bit and you can clearly hear everything outside from your room, which is very annoying for the sleep.

Really dissapointing, stay away from...

Liked: The only good thing I found is a close location tk the train center and historical city center.
Disliked: I knew the room won’t be prestine just by looking at the photos but it was worse. The door after closing still left an open slot. The room smelt weird and was really unpleasant. It didn’t look like we had a proper bed just two camp bed frames with a matres on. No proper bedding just an old smelly blanket. The bathroom was private but external so we had to walk through the corridor to it. I found there bugs and mold on the ceiling. On top of it the varnish on the wood ceiling was pilling off. That was supposed to be a budget stay but considering the condition of that place I feel like I much overpayed. It wasn’t really expensive but it wasn’t cheap either. Very much disappointing especially that the stuff was non existent and when I came to pick up luggage from the reception after check out the receptionist didn’t even bother to say hello just straight ignored us. Great first impression as I couldn’t find here on the reception during our stay.
