My family and i had...

Liked: that it was in the heart of Santa Cruz and yet available on Uber. it was also nice that good restos are very near.

A professional establishment that offers...

Liked: Exceptionally Professional staff; comfortable room and a wonderful pool / rooftop bar. Great location; right in the heart of Santa Cruz with its various cafes, restaurants, shops; the Seville Cathedral is only 7 minutes away. The hotel kindly gave us a complimentary bottle of a local sparkling wine as we stayed during Samara Santa (Holy Week) - what a kind gesture.
Disliked: You need to be aware that the streets approaching the hotel are very narrow. We were forewarned by the hotel.

Liked: The hotel did not have its A/C option turned on & therefore had to open the windows where the road noise was unbearable

Recommend this hotel every time.

Liked: Perfect place to stay for a 3 night visit. Everything was well considered and delightful. We loved the pool.

Superb

Liked: Lovely staff clean room and bathroom. Quiet pool with terrace. Nice outdoor restaurant friendly and helpful staff. Great sangria !!!
Disliked: No bar downstairs in the evenings.
