Simply fantastic..

Liked: The location is perfect - within minutes of all major monuments in Sevilla. The staff are extremely nice, polite and friendly. They arranged bookings for the main attractions , dinners at busy restaurants, etc.. They couldn't be more helpful. !! Special mention for Gonzalo, Maro and Lucia...The breakfast buffet is simply superb with all expected traditional spanish fares and a choice for all... The quality of the products is excellent..

Liked: Everything. Great location, easy to walk to everything. Cathedral and Alcazar, Alfalfa, Nata and San Francisco all within 10 minutes. Great facilities, pool and roof terrace open, although food service not available on the roof.Great bathroom and shower. Kettle, fridge.Great Service.
Disliked: Towels automatically changed everyday, the option to reuse could be provided. Breakfast price high given availability of huge range of alternatives nearby.

Disliked: Checked-in around 2PM, was told room (top floor facing the church) would be ready soon. And once we were back, the said room had pipe issue and we were relocated to 2nd floor facing courtyard. If you read old reviews, oddly this happens quite frequently especially towards Asian tourists

Liked: I would recommend a stay in this hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean. Towels were changed daily. The food was lovely. It's very centrally located. Only a few minutes walk to the cathedral. Plenty of restaurants nearby too if you like to eat out.
