I'm staying here next time...
Liked: Great Central location, v comfy bed, fridge in room, v clean room n bathroom, shower has great water pressure despite doing on the 3rd floor, toilet had good strong flush. The windows had v goof sound proofing(couldn't eliminate everything as its near a major road ) there's a v nice park near the hotel. There's 3 metro stations all within 100 meters of the hotel as well as several places to eat and a supermarket within 2 minutes walk. The breakfast menu had several options to cover most palates. Staff were v helpful and there was always someone on the reception desk.
Disliked: Despite there being ample mains sockets I would have preferred to have a mains socket near the bed. This isn't a criticism more a point of advice to anyone that is loomkg to stay here. As there is no card system for access to the room it's a physical key that they ask they you leave at reception if you leave the hotel for the day(touring the city, going out ti eat etc). But the power to the room needs the keyring for light/sockets meaning once you take the key/keyring the power will cut out in the room, so any devices(phones/power banks etc) WON'T charge up. Reception will give you an additional keyring for the power however I used my Pay as you go Mobile top up as an alternative which worked perfectly.

Liked: location very good but parking hard to get near the place. 3 bed room was exactly what we needed.
Disliked: Parking was a long way if you didn't use the hotel parking which was expensive

Liked: Room - the room size was adequate as described in photos and square footage measurements. The beds were comfortable, similar with all hotels, pillows are often uncomfortable. Understanding this is a 3 star hotel, we had low-average expectations. The basic soaps, clean towels, clean fresh beddings were all present. The fact that there were no tissues and no replacement of paper cups was a bit upsetting as there were daily room service.Safety - we read enough reviews to brace ourselves to leave the room key behind. We felt somewhat safe about this, but we did keep our baggage locked up and did not use their safe box.Breakfast - a very standard american continental breakfast with refreshing daily pastries. A nice touch included in the price of the room for a simple coffee and pastry to start the day off.Transportation - the hotel was near the metro and S line (train) which made daily commutes very convenient.Service - the staff were friendly. Understanding English is their second language, they truly tried their best to assist with any questions we had. Conclusion - you get what you pay for. Understanding this is a 3-star hotel, one can't have incredibly high expectations. You want something nicer in that area, try the hotel around the corner and pay more than double (per night).
Disliked: Washroom - our room's toilet paper fixture was adhered next to the bathtub. When we showered, water sprays out and spoiled the toilet paper. We had to remove the toilet paper to prevent it being wet.We were given 3 paper cups in the bathroom for our 3 night stay. No replacement, no additional cups provided.There isn't a coffee maker as described in the room facilities, should you need a coffee, enjoy it in their breakfast room in the morning.
