overcharged, smaller bed than I...

Disliked: I booked a king bed room and upon check in received a double bed. i immediately called the front desk and was told that’s the size bed all the rooms have. I was also charged more money than was stated on booking.com. I asked to have the manager contact me when they arrived and they never did. It’s been six days. I contacted help from booking.com and never received help from them either.
