Very good

Liked: The staff in reception was friendly and help us well. Breakfast was good.

Plan to come back again

Liked: Nice and Cousy hotel with a convenient location, close to historic old town attractions and railway/bus station at the same time. ))
Disliked: A toothbrush and paste in a bathroom would not hurt.) It would be a penny’s cost but drastically changes an overall impression

A great winter escape

Liked: The staff was very kind and friendly.The room was very clean (the whole hotel was spotlessly clean).The bed was very comfortable.The bathroom was very clean too. The bedroom was warm enough as it was so cold outside. And very close to the old town and the waterfront. The breakfast was delicious and full of options to choose from.
Disliked: The wifi was a bit off from time to time.

Disliked: Parking price was very overpriced, very simple breakfast, staff never smiles...

Disappointing

Pleasant

Liked: Lovely staff. Hotel was in a great location and bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: There was no fridge for milk etc. No coffee. Would be good to have a coffee machine. Room was not very insulated as could hear people in next room and woken up early by them talking etc.
