Liked: The room was clean. I would have given an overall excellent rating, EXCEPT..
Disliked: I requested a wakeup for 9am.I never received it. I was awoken around 11am by a knock on the door asking why I was not out of the room yet.I would have been out of the room way before 11, and not been two hours late for where I needed to be.An on-time wakeup for business is more important than sweet smelling soap.

Night Shift Front Desk Guy...

Liked: I like everything about the hotel, no complains
Disliked: The only thing I don't like about the place is because of one of the Night front Desk Indian guy by the name Delica or something like that. I was assigned a room with a non working toilet, I went to the guy "Hey my toilet was not good, can I get someone to fix it ?" He literally told me that was not his job, that he only works at the front desk, that I need to go look for a plunger from the 2nd or 6th floor and fix it myself. Who does that ? Then a maintenance guy showed up around 1 am to come fix it, after series of back and forth.
