Liked: We've been using your hotel for years! We always stay there when in town. We were excited to try the new bar/restaurant. Host was very helpful. We had to have our room changed because screaming babies. They were so so quick and helpful it was delightful as always to stay.
Disliked: I didn't like being woke up at 9am by cleaning staff to clean the room when check out isn't until 11am. This was very upsetting. I've never experienced this before in all the years we've been coming there. I felt rushed to leave so they could get done early doing their jobs. Very unpleasant and unprofessional. The bathtub had a steady stream no matter how tight you turned the knob.
