Disliked: Terrible experience. The reception staff's incompetence with invoices made my stay frustrating and unprofessional. While I appreciate that they accommodated my request to shorten my stay, the invoicing process was a mess. Despite asking multiple times over several days, I was repeatedly told to "come back later," as only a few receptionists seemed capable of handling it.The evening before my check-out, the receptionist was arrogant, unhelpful, and dismissive, making me wait a long time before finally admitting he couldn’t issue the invoice. This lack of professionalism is unacceptable for a hotel catering to business travelers.While some staff members were helpful, the overall experience was ruined. I won’t be staying again.As for the room and accommodations, it was very noisy—the sound insulation from other rooms and the corridor was terrible. Additionally, there was no kettle in the room.

Another great St Patrick’s weekend...

Liked: It’s the 3rd year in a row we’ve stayed. Always hassle free. Lovely staff. Nice fresh clean rooms. We frequent the Green rooms bar which is a couple of minutes away so it’s an ideal stay for us. 17 first year, 9 last year and 10 this year. Cash point, supermarket and takeaway close by.

Liked: A great hotel for the price! The room was clean, and the furniture was in good condition. The staff was friendly and helpful!
Disliked: The noise isolation wasn't great—could hear sounds from the street and neighbors at night.

Liked: Breakfast was good, though you have to ask for lactose free things. No allergens are put anywhere.
Disliked: There's no real door to the bathroom, just a glass door that swings both ways and has huge gaps on all sides. Very uncomfortable if you're trying to go to the loo.
