Santiago was amazing. Bus stop...

Liked: Room spacious and clean. Staff were helpful. A suburban location.
Disliked: No bar or restaurant. Nowhere to eat on our first night. A small place across the road came up trumps.

Liked: Hotel had parking and the receptionist Juan was very helpful I. Explaining how to get into the secure area . Also we had difficulty getting out of the the garage and once again he was so helpful in sorting out the problem and getting another member of staff to help us , he spoke very good English which was a bonus . He was gem !
Disliked: It was a very comfortable stay .

Disliked: Would prefer tea or koffie machine in the room.

Disliked: Huge vibration running through the building at all hours. I changed rooms once but had to leave for the airport 5 hours early to get away from the noise. Would not recommend this hotel!
