Liked: Our room was comfortable and the bathroom was spotless. We loved our breakfast -vast choice and everything very fresh and delicious. Our dinner at hotel’s restaurant was excellent.
Disliked: Our bed was a bit creaky, but not uncomfortable.

Liked: All went very well! Great service from the second we walked in. Your receptionists are fantastic. Federica was amazing and deserves a special mention (and a pay rise) - all your team made our stay exceptional and easy and enjoyable. Beautiful, modern room and great service from everyone. Dinner good (and reasonably priced). Breakfast - fantastic selection of everything! Hotel well placed for the city/town of Bari. It was very stylish with great Italian interior design. We will be back!
Disliked: Cannot fault a single thing. The only thing was we were only here for one night - would have loved to stayed longer and have had more time at this hotel. Felt very relaxed here and was sad we had to leave!!.
