Liked: Great hotel, really nice people & the breakfast was fantastic. The location is close to Cruise ship so was good for us.

Very convenient if you are...

Liked: I attended a conference in Fira so hotel was close. That was the main reason for chosing the hotel as also the event organisers recommended it. I would not chose the hotel for a private visit.
Disliked: Hotel has seen better days. Room had paper thin walls so I could clearly hear my soring neighbour.

3 star instead of 4,...

Liked: The facility was fairly easy to get to and has several restaurants around. The morning breakfast was nice and the receptionists were helpful when we had questions.
Disliked: The rooms looked used and were scuffed up on the walls and pretty cramped. But for the cost, it was fine.

We have stayed in better...

Liked: The property was clean with friendly staff.
Disliked: The bed was rock hard like lying on concrete and the room was very small.Breakfast was very basic. Lacked the facilities expected of a 4star hotel.
