Disappointing

We enjoyed our stay, especially...

Liked: The hotel was clean and comfortable - with a solid breakfast
Disliked: Television reception was terrible for a hotel of this quality - and very few channels were available.

Pleasant stay

Liked: The location is great. Our room was big, clean and the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: A bit dated, needs remodeling. Housekeeping was very loud cleaning, laughing and talking (unprofessional)!! We could hear the cleaning ladies on the floor above us and then on our floor out on the hallway.

Liked: Super friendly staff. The room was facing the main steer but the street noise was barely noticeable. I loved the historic vibe. Very clean.
Disliked: Although it was very clean, it showed signs of wear and tear.

Good location, wonderful staff

Liked: Beautiful historic building next to the train station, spacious room with high ceilings. The room is clean, although without air conditioning (I don't know how it is in summer), high ceilings, and a nice view of the street. The furniture is old, but it's sturdy and looks good, has its own vintage charm and style, everything is made of solid wood, I love it!Not a bad breakfast, although next time I probably won't order it, there are many interesting cafes around and great healthy Polish fast food in the Wrocławia shopping mall. But the biggest treasure of this hotel is its staff. Everyone is extremely helpful and friendly and ready to help.
Disliked: The disadvantage that follows from the advantages is the hotel's location. Consider the noise of the city, closeness of train station and tram line next to the windows if you want to sleep. The mattresses are not the most comfortable, they are hard and light, so they were constantly moving. The curtains do not block light pollution from the street.

Liked: Hotel Europejski is within a 10-minute walking distance to all major attractions and restaurants in Rynek.My room was very quiet; no street noise, no loud neighbors. It was perfect.Front desk stuff was always available in case I needed anything.Cleaning service was very reliable.
Disliked: I can't think of anything that did not meet my expectations.It would be nice if I got a free taxi from Booking.com like I did couple months ago.It would be even better if Hotel Europejski offered "the longer you stay, the cheaper it gets" deals.I always stay for 2-3 weeks.
