Decent hotel with great facilities...

Liked: Located next to the main train station, making travelling around in Hamburg and to/from the airport easy. The breakfast was great, same with the Gym
Disliked: Being on the top floor without aircon was a bit hot. The area around the train station and behind the hotel is a bit dodgy with a lot of homeless and drug addicts. The price you pay for a decent hotel in Hamburg is crazy.

Excellent facilities and location

Liked: Excellent location right next to Central Station. Hotel provided 3 day free travel pass for bus/ underground which was very useful. Spa was excellent with saunas and steam roomBreakfast had a great selection of food. Parking available on site
Disliked: Hallway/room decor slightly dated (more than made up for by the positives). Slightly noisy at night as you would expect from a city hotel.
