Liked: The staff were helpful and friendly. The location was good. Close to the station and the city centre an easy 15 minute walk. The room was big and the bed was comfortable and it was very clean. I would stay again.
Disliked: Nothing really. Some people have commented that the furniture is old, but I think this hotel has character.

Disliked: I've asked 2 days in advance to cancel 1 night due to a re-scheduling of my travel. there were no flexibility to find a solution and I've paid fully 2nd night without any discount.structure is extremely obsolete with old fashioned doors, keys and furniture. light aside the bed was not working at all.

Disappointing service.

Disliked: AC in the room did not work. After some “troubleshooting” we were asked to move to two separate rooms if we wanted ac. The manager on duty entered our room (while we were inside) without our permission. He tested my son as if he were trespassing instead of treating him a guest. Very disappointing experience.
