Liked: The staff are very pleasant and are what brightens up a hotel badly in need of some investment
Disliked: The walls are paper thin. The beds are not good quality. It all just old and outdated

Disliked: Some fittings in the bathroom are old and may need repairs

Great value for money

Liked: So close to the station and a very short walk to the Centro storico. Bed was comfy and was nice to have a bath and not just a shower. Staff were friendly and helpful. If you want a gym Fit Active is a 20 minute walk away and is fantastic.
Disliked: There was nothing not to like

Liked: The staff were helpful and friendly. The location was good. Close to the station and the city centre an easy 15 minute walk. The room was big and the bed was comfortable and it was very clean. I would stay again.
Disliked: Nothing really. Some people have commented that the furniture is old, but I think this hotel has character.

Pleasant

Liked: position and check in/out management
Disliked: I've asked 2 days in advance to cancel 1 night due to a re-scheduling of my travel. there were no flexibility to find a solution and I've paid fully 2nd night without any discount.structure is extremely obsolete with old fashioned doors, keys and furniture. light aside the bed was not working at all.
