Liked: Location of the hotel
Disliked: Not worth the money paid. Paid 250 Euro for a night. Hot water system was working only intermittently. No kettle to prepare hot water in the room. In winter, without hot water it is very difficult. Overall not a comfortable stay. Not recommended

Liked: the hotel location in the center of every sightseeing. walking distance to the palace and different Plazas. the place is vibrant and alive till early morning hours
Disliked: more than 30 minutes traffic from airport till the hotel. taxi stop away from the hotel. may be 8 minutes walk.

Liked: Excellent location, friendly staff, renovated and CLEAN rooms. Loved it!!

Basic hotel in a great...

Liked: The location of this hotel is amazing. It's right in the centre of Madrid, Close to some of the main plazas, the cathedral and the Sol trian station.
Disliked: No tea, coffee, no breakfast and still this was one of our most expensive and basic hotels on our six week trip.

Will definitely return and request...

Liked: Very very clean, great rooms, great location and super helpful staff. It was pouring rain when we left and no cabs were available. Two wonderful men from the hotel (Carlos and Javier) walked us - with umbrellas - into the train connection in the square! They saved our train tickets! Above and beyond duty!!
Disliked: It’s adjacent to Puerta del Sol, the transportation. Job and center of the city. However there were loudspeakers in the square both nights that were noticeable in the room.

Disliked: Water went out for half a day, plus they seemed to be doing lots of maintenance in the stairwell
