Horrible! AVOID

Disliked: Water running down the wall next to electrical outlet. Drapes soaking wet. No other rooms available. Reception says she is unable to refund my money despite all of this. Stayed less that 5 minutes. Credit card dispute filed.

Exceptional

Liked: The hotel is excellent for people who have mobility issues. I took my 87-year old mother who had also her arm in plaster. I booked a wheelchair for her that was delivered to the hotel. The hotel is only a 4-minute walk pushing a wheelchair to the stunning cathedral. The Embajada restaurant, part of the hotel, had excellent breakfast for just an additional €10 and the staff, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner were just excellent. I highly recommend the hotel and Seville. Just like the hotel, the city infrastructure (museums, transport and restaurants) for mobility-impaired people is top-notch.

Poor quality in excellent location

Disliked: Pretty much everything else. Old fashioned and old furnishings. In desperate need of renovation. Only one key (reception doesn’t seem to have a second one) which takes minutes of fiddling every time you open / close the door. Room with no real (outside) window. Not a single vegetable @ breakfast. In the middle of checkout the receptionist stopped talking to us to attend another couple.

Liked: In city centre so close to most places. All staff members helpful and friendly, we had a picnic box put up for our early check out, good one!
Disliked: We had a twin bed room and that meant it was very small and was on the front so quite a bit of road noise. Could do with a redecorate really.
