Amazing experience

Liked: I was in Jill Hotel for a long weekend.I was really impressed by the kindness of the staff. Sometimes is not about the room or food. It's about the experience and how the people make you feel at home. A big shout out for Aisha in particular: she took care of us in the best way possible. She was kind, attentive to our needs and always supportive with everything. All the staff took care of us every single day. Defenetly I will choose this hotel if I will back in Brussels.Rosaria

Nightmare, severe safety problems!! UNSAFE...

Disliked: I found myself locked out of the hotel upon returning late, around 3:30 am. The doors were unexpectedly locked and there was no staff available. I rang the doorbell many times, knocked on the window glass, even called and left a message on the answering machine. This caused significant inconvenience and distress, as I had no other place to go to at such a late hour. I was forced to wait outside in an unfamiliar area, uncertain and anxious about my safety, not knowing when I would be able to access my room. It was a nightmare experience for me. I asked for help at the hotel next door, the receptionist was very friendly and waited with me until at some point the staff showed up. The staff opened the hotel door with his hands, as if he was breaking in. He didn’t apologize, he was high probably, I’m not sure it was so strange. I wrote the general manager an email and spoke to receptionist. No reply. Very disappointing
