OK budget hotel in a...

Liked: The location is great, right on the water.
Disliked: There was a wedding at the property, which we only advised of just before our visit, so the restaurant and waterfront area weren’t available to us. It would’ve been better if they’d given us plenty of warning so we could’ve chosen to stay elsewhere.

Liked: Didn’t have breakfast were leaving early, But evening meal was fantastic, , would go back just for the food alone
Disliked: Little bit of up grading needed, otherwise very good

Disappointing

Liked: The bedrooms are nice and a good size. The lake view was nice.
Disliked: Our greeting was bordering on rude and not friendly because we were a bit early. The public areas were dark, shabby, and not very clean. It wasn't very inviting. There are areas where there are no bannisters, and this made going up and down stairs challenging for older people. The lift stopped working properly. We understood that we had booking including breakfast and was charged again. The receptionist told me that she would take the money from the booking credit card if I didn't pay.
