Disliked: The sound isolation on the 3rd floor is not too good so noisy neighbours can be a bit of a hassle

Disliked: Avoid this hotel—total disaster!•The room looked nothing like the photos.•The staff were terrible—extremely rude, unhelpful, and couldn’t speak English. Completely indifferent and inattentive.•The rooms were old and rundown. It was hard to stay there as everything felt worn out, like stepping back into the 90s. Very demotivating.•The bathroom was tiny; we could barely fit. It was like a joke.•There was a window on the floor of the room. On our first night, it was left open, and the air conditioner was running on cold. No one warned us about this. On the second night, we asked for help, and they shut the top window. The air conditioning was broken, and it took them half an hour to fix it. Even then, the room was freezing, and we ended up getting sick.•The internet worked for only two hours on the first day. For the next three days, it was either not working or extremely slow. We complained to the staff, but they couldn’t care less.In short, it was a complete disaster. Even with a good location, this place will ruin your mood and your vacation. Stay away!

.It was the worst experience

Liked: Only the hotel's location is reasonable... because it is in the city center, close to everything... nothing else!! I do not recommend it to you.
Disliked: An old hotel, closer to a hostel than a hotel. The rooms are in reality other than the pictures. The breakfast is the worst thing I have ever seen, even in a hostel in third world countries. There is no elevator and they did not inform you of this or write about it.The towels were very old and worn out and I itched throughout the stay.It was the worst experience
