Very nice hotel in a...

Liked: The location was really great in a very pretty area with lovely shops, cafes and restaurants on its doorstep. Easy walking distance to sights. The communal areas of the hotel were really nicely decorated and very clean. Plenty of space to sit down after a long day sightseeing and have a complimentary drink or coffee or a biscuit in the seated area on the ground floor. The staff were very friendly and very helpful.
Disliked: We had a very very small room right at the top of the building it was a little too small nowhere to put our suitcases we had to put them under the sink which was in the bedroom in the corner rather than a separate room, the toilet was separate and tiny too. I have no idea what the other rooms are like but room 510 was very cramped.

Liked: There were so many things we loved about this hotel! The decor is unlike any we’ve seen before, with cozy corners perfect for decompressing after a day of sightseeing, and even complimentary snacks, coffee, tea, and fruit-infused water. The staff were lovely and helpful overall, though we did have one small hiccup with the woman who runs the restaurant, as her manner and communication were a bit abrasive.We enjoyed our stay so much that we’re returning with our family this summer!
Disliked: Nothing.

Exceptional and comfortable stay.

Liked: Upon arrival, I was amazed at how beautiful the interior of the hotel was, overall everywhere was immaculate with a beautiful scent throughout. We were greeted well and staff always made us feel comfortable. Downstairs there were free hot and cold drinks with cake and biscuits which were delicious. The rooms were stunning and the bed was extremely comfortable. Close to all bars, cafes and shops which made this very convenient. By far my most favourite hotel I have stayed in.
Disliked: Unfortunately we could hear workmen carrying out maintenance on our arrival in the room next door however this was resolved very quickly and professionally.

Liked: It is a beautifully decorated hotel in a fun, vibrant and eclectic style. We went at Christmas and the hotel looked so festive and christmassy. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the onsite restaurant was super cosy with a good variety of foods on offer.
