Superb

Great value for the paid...

Liked: Friendly and helpful staff, great location (close to the city center, metro station, bus station, 10 mins away from the main train station), comfortable bed and spacious room. It was a great stay, I recommend this hotel.
Disliked: The room lacked a small fridge and it was a bit too hot for our preference, even though we set the room temperature to a lower one, the heating system was through the air conditioning so it couldn't be influenced by what we set on our room temperature device.

Very pleased with the experience.

Liked: Hotel looks dowdy next to its newer swanky neighbours (B and B, Leonardos) but once inside it is comfortable and cosy, with helpful staff. And Flora the dog. It is only 15 minutes max walk from the station and is easy to find.
Disliked: Nothing, it was all good

If I ever return to...

Liked: I travel a lot but I think this was so far the most comfy bed I’ve ever had. Also, the staff members were always nice and smiling, as well as helpful.
Disliked: -
