Liked: The room was very quiet and cleaned regularly, the staff was very welcoming.
Disliked: The wi-fi could be a little better.

Liked: Good cost-benefit, well located in the city close to tram stops, bars and restaurants. Large Breakfast buffet
Disliked: The "balcony" described in the add was a door with access to a terrace of little to no use for guests. The Breakfast was good, but seems like they did not replenished the itens as they were ending in the buffet. We had some miscommunication with the staff when trying to speak in english, lost the drink in exchange for cleaning offer because of that. Every turn was someone new in the reception and they just gave us the key to the room everytime we got to the hotel, without ever questioning our names.

Liked: Centrally situated in the city to all the Xmas markets
Disliked: Shower cubicle rather too small, ended up knocking the tap off a few times

Good breakfast but dated hotel.

Liked: The breakfast was amazing! And it was well located for Cologne South Station, one of the markets, to go out and to get to the city centre.
Disliked: Cleaning standards weren't the best and it wasn't what you would expect in a hotel.The facilities, furniture and decoration are extremely dated.
