Very disappointing stay

Liked: Staff was friendly - the city and sites were great
Disliked: The place was not properly cleaned - my wife had to clean it upon arrival - upon arrival the toilet had toilet paper and poo, dead bug in the bath tub, the place was dusty and bath jets came on and immediately stopped even though the tub was fully filled with water - at this price you expect a lot more - it was very disappointing and we left early

Liked: Location and the aesthetic of the hotel. Set up of room. The hotel is clean.
Disliked: Minimal to no amenities other than the standard body wash, hand soap and moisturiser shampoo and conditioner.

Could be much better…

Liked: No breakfast and little options available close by. Three flights of stairs to room with little help and no offer of a lower room. Renovations also underway. No one available other than registration then disappeared.
Disliked: See above
