Liked: Family suite is fabulous.the design is elegant.

Liked: Location is great.
Disliked: Place was dirty and run down. TVs didn't work. Half the lights didn't work. Bed was falling apart. Staff were non responsive when called.

Liked: Location..perfect..walking distance to everything Bathroom small but all new fixture,room small but adequate for price.
Disliked: 😬 hair. ..on bedsheets..saw some in 4-5 place on side matress, but stop looking..just slept on top bed with my own blanket. Some hair also on shower wallBack door boarded up so as not to be open or anyone coming in ..but still felt a little Unsafe about that..⁷

Liked: THE HEATING DIDN’T WORK! IT WAS -25 DEGREES OUTSIDE AND WE WERE FREEZING IN THE ROOM! WE CALLED FOR HELP AND NOBODY ANSWERED! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND PRETTY SURE IT WAS ILLEGAL!

We had a great room...

Liked: The location and building is great, very convenient for wandering around.
Disliked: Communication was difficult/impossible. Maybe because we booked through Booking? Our room was fine and warm and comfortable, but other folks had a very different experience— no heat in their room when it was -26° C, and no help. So I think it’s pretty hit or miss! For the price paid, there should be easier communication with the hotel staff.

Liked: Hotel location is great But it was way overpriced due to Christmas and heat was not even working in the room as part of our staySometimes there was no hot water sometimes no cold water.This hotel is no staff hotel so you would have to call everytime if you need something.
