Liked: Clean, comfortable, close to the station and the center, there was a very good employee at the reception, you can leave your suitcase even after check-out, delicious breakfast, good price/quality ratio.
Disliked: There are no blankets in the room, there is a crack on the mirror of the wardrobe.

Disappointing: Even basic needs were...

Liked: The location is within walking distance to the historical center (15 min).
Disliked: The photos of the rooms put online were totally different than the one we got which was claustrophobically small.The bed wasn’t a double bed, but two beds put together: the blankets and furniture were quite old as well.The toilet (super small as well) had mold and rust all over.The hairdryer was outdated and full of dust.The breakfast which was offered was of bad quality as well: old pastry,bread…The coffee was horrible!!!! (Outdated and old coffee machine which was quite dirty as well) We did not feel comfortable at all: the maintenance people entered our room without prior announcement. They were fixing the electricity sockets which did not work at all (only one socket worked).One night when we came back to our room we found our room open, the door wasn’t closed properly…Some of the stuff was friendly, but all in all we did not have any special interaction …I booked this place since I mostly saw nice reviews, honestly coming there was quite a disappointment and I don’t get it who rated it so highly…

Liked: We were so happy with the great location.Good price and affordable.Riccardo the host was very helpful even organising an affordable Airport shuttle for our family at 3.30 in the morning.I Recommend Hotel Ercoli.
Disliked: Nothing.
