Liked: Super cool decor, room was huge, very comfortable, the shower room was a lovely surprise and the family really enjoyed it! Incredible breakfast and such attentive staff! The best hotel we had during these holidays!

Comfortable stay in the heart...

Liked: The position is excellent, right in the centre of Bilbao, a stone’s throw away from the Guggenheim museum. Nice atmosphere. Very comfortable bed and clean room. Top quality room amenities. Very friendly staff. Fabulous roof top bar.
Disliked: The New Year dinner was served in one of the two hotel restaurants. The room was cold, dark, the food was expensive and the quality was average. Room service far too expensive. Wi-Fi not stable.
