Liked: The hotel was centric. It has clean bedroom and clean and private bathroom. They oferred free coffee, water and breakfast was limited but included. There was a front end staff allways available to answer questions. You can order food and receive room delivery.
Disliked: Breakfast what somewhat limited. Tv wasn't working, staff told us they was going to send someone to fix it and the person never came to fix it. Wifi wasn't working. The location was somewhat centric but kind not the safest one. There are a lot of homeless people in the block and the sidewalks stink. You'll see a lot of dog afterwards because their owners don't clean after them.

If you're a solo female...

Liked: The entire local community is surrounded by... unique clientele. Definitely not a place you want to walk around at night by yourself. There is no attached parking to the hotel and the closest garage is a few blocks away. I called the hotel and asked what the options were but they only gave me the one. By the time I saw where it was I realized I wouldn't feel safe walking back by myself at night. I requested to cancel my stay with the hotel for safety purposes but they've not yet to responded to my query.

Liked: Let me start by stating I consider it great value for money! So my comments are about managing expectations but doesn’t change the fact that I would recommend it.Spacious room and decent bathroom. Reception 24/7 and always willing to help.If/when you want your room cleaned (if your room is still occupied when they knock) talk to reception; do Not try to communicate with the cleaning service unless you are native in Spanish.Yes, the area has homeless people. The whole center has homeless people - it’s no different. We saw many of them “staying” outside a police station. However, we didn’t see any aggression (towards us or others), no beggars, no stealing. We didn’t go around during night but until 22:30 that we did, we felt ok.
