Not again

Liked: Daniella and wait and site staff
Disliked: Needs major updates. The rug was burned. I was in room 567. There are several burn holes in the rugs. The curtains smelled like cigarettes. My room did not get cleaned. Sheets were folded back.

Wonderful hotel, but the dining...

Liked: This beautiful, classic old hotel is well located with wonderful facilities. The grounds are beautiful. View of sunset from our room was extraordinary.
Disliked: One of the main reasons for staying in a classic, full-service hotel is that it has full services. So it was very disappointing to find that Encanto's dining room and bar would be closed on the Sunday evening of a three-day weekend.

Check in is very quick...

Liked: Impressive designs of the lobby and pool area. It feels like a hotel in Vegas
Disliked: The bathroom comes with outdated fixtures and slow drainage.
