Liked: Comfy rooms and clean
Disliked: Parking is awful, you have to arrive early in the night to get a spot, otherwise you’ll have to doble park and someone has to call you to move your car (someone called me at 8 in the morning first night and 4 am second night and that was a false alarm because that some else’s car)

Exceptional

Passable

Liked: The location of the hotel was in the center of Guadalajara. We were close to restaurants and shopping.
Disliked: The cleaning staff woke us up very early. They were cleaning vacant rooms with music and talking super loud. Other than that everything was ok.

Liked: Staff was very helpfull
Disliked: The noise, you can hear people talking in the hallway. Very loud!

Bad experience all around.

Liked: Not anything I can think of. Maybe the price?
Disliked: No warm water. Cleaning supplies left on the halls even after hours. They were an eyesore. People talking loudly on the hallways. The receptionist needs to be trained in being more service oriented. Terrible demeanor!

Disappointing

Liked: the bed, very comfy. Was a king bed.
Disliked: the smell of the room.
