Liked: Good value for money.just a few minutes walk outside the city center to have a real view of local life. Still, it's located in a dynamic area.the room is clean and well maintained.The staff are welcoming and friendly.
Disliked: The breakfast items can be ehanced.some items are left overnnight.

Liked: Great Hotel! Great staff! This a really wonderful hotel and very cozy place! The room was sparkingly clean! The staff is so polite, kind and helpful. Not in the city center but at a very suitable position if you want to watch a football game at Artemio Franchi stadium or a concert at Nelson Mandela Forum. I tottally reccomend it! On the other hand, you can reach the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore in 20 minutes for a lovely walk. Wonderful hotel!

Liked: Quiet, decent size room for a single person. Decent breakfast spread.
Disliked: The room smelt a little stale, like old smoke. Its a quiet neighborhood, but a bit of a far walk to things.

A beautiful and cosy hotel...

Liked: It’s a beautiful property within a 25 min walking distance of the main square and that’s quite convenient. Also the room was spotless with the staff cleaning it on both the days of our stay. Also, the pistachio croissant at the breakfast was delicious!
Disliked: Everything was great. Just a small suggestion. It would be nice if you could add a few more items to your breakfast buffet such as baked beans, scrambled eggs etc.
