Disliked: I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. Despite the listing stating it is located just a few steps from the airport, in practice, I had to take a taxi, incurring additional expenses I found inconvenient. When I raised my concerns about the extra transport costs and asked about a potential refund, I did not feel that my remarks were addressed in a way that acknowledged my perspective - actually, I was accused of "blackmail"The overall environment fell short of what I had hoped for: I could hear noise from the restaurant and reception, which made it difficult to relax. A constant dripping sound in the bathroom was distracting, and the fluorescent lighting created a somewhat cold ambiance.From the perspective of someone who values comfort and clear information, I believe the hotel could benefit from enhancing its communication and ensuring better soundproofing. I hope that in the future, steps will be taken to improve the overall experience for guests. Of course, this is just my personal opinion, and I encourage others to form their own judgments when selecting accommodations.

Liked: Nothing would have been better. Everyone here is professional and nice. I arrived with many luggages and they politely helped me on keeping 'em safe. Room was perfect. Very very good noise canceling windows that made me sleep so well.

Liked: Hotel was very clean and had everything needed for a short stay. The Lady at the Reception ordered a taxi for me, which was a great help, because I had to be at the airport earlier earlier than the shuttle operation hours started.
Disliked: I almost missed the check-in because the cut-off is 10 p.m. This is not clear from the information on-line. Luckily, I got a reminder e-mail at 9:30 p.m., and also luckily, I was already in Bologna, so I made it to the hotel at 9:57 p.m.
