Amazing, but there should be...

Liked: Everything was great but there were zero microwaves. Took my girlfriend out for an extremely expensive dinner for her birthday. We were not able to heat our leftovers up at all, I called the receptionist and he said there are no microwave’s in the entire place.
Disliked: Zero microwaves, wasted like $150 in foods

Liked: How wonderful the staff was. The place is in a perfect location. Super beautiful.
Disliked: The pasta bar they told us for $65 a person definitely wasn’t worth the $65. The lady was touching her face with her gloves and than playing with the noodles.

Disliked: Front desk was not helpfulEven when I ask for help to carry my bags they told me I should do it on my own then they sent someone to help after 20 min of waiting In check out it was the same with my bags I took them by myself then they help to put them in the car.Also no one did tell us about the hotel facilities and what can we do during our stay

Liked: The front desk staff were all lovely and so helpful to try to help us with an early check in. They have a hot chocolate and water bar at the front, umbrellas for rainy days. The location was superb, around the block from the Magnificent Mile, Starbucks Reserve. A 10-15 min walk to the bean. It was central w/ so many great restaurants nearby. We had breakfast at The Albert daily and are really grateful for Elizabeth's warm hospitality and lovely service. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to all of our friends and family.
