Perfect boutique hotel with central...

Liked: This hotel is exactly what I was looking for to stay in San Francisco - a lovely boutique hotel with every little detail well thought out. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the bathroom was modern and clean. As a solo traveller I felt very safe here too which was fundamental to an enjoyable trip. The extra touches were so lovely - the welcome drink on arrival, the free water fountain and ice at the end of the corridor to help ourselves to. The location is perfect - up the street from BART if you arrive to the city by train from the airport, and also close to the start of the tram line and Union Square. I couldn’t recommend it enough, it’s such a great base for exploring the city!

Good location, boutique hotel

Liked: Well located and good SF vibe. It's a boutique hotel not too many staff members around.
Disliked: Room was a bit old, nothing too fancy but spacious. There are not too many facilities in the hotel. Lobby is a nice sitting area but the bar was closed most of the time.

Needed a location in walking...

Liked: Unique, clean, fun vibe. Staff was amazing! Wish i had taken down names, but I didn’t . I had questions prior to our arrival and the staff member answered my questions, provided recommendations (Matador- great suggestion!), all while giving me her full attention. Excellent service!
Disliked: Can’t think of anything!
