Great place to stay.

Liked: Great location close to train station and other stops. First room had some issues but the next room allocated was excellent.Staff were very helpful and accommodating.

Liked: We checked in to a spacious room, it was okay but the door broke so they had to move us to a different room near the reception area. The fridge was not working so we could not keep for and water cool. The lights are all connected to 1 switch so we either had to keep all the lights on or off, which was very inconvenient and annoying. There was a TV in the room but with only Italian channels. The insulation was really bad, we woke up on an argument between some people and we could hear all the noise from people walking by, checking in or staff cleaning and there were too much noise at night as well. Too much light were coming from the door all throughout the night. The mattress in the first room had a big dint which made it really uncomfortable to sleep. The mattress in the second room was better and a little more comfortable but overall the bed isn't the most comfy. In my honest opinion, I don't think this hotel is 4 stars..

A very good choice

Liked: The hotel is a 5 walking distance from the station Santa Maria Novella in Florence. The room was very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was also good with different choices, salt and sweet.

Lovely place to stay, large...

Liked: The room was clean, full of towels and space for our luggage. Very nice breakfast with continental options and also some warm options.Staff were helpful and friendly.
Disliked: Nothing, it was all good.

Liked: Im completely satisfied staying in Embassy hotel. I recommend it everyone. I had room with big bed.
