Fantastic holiday stay.

Liked: Staff was outstanding
Disliked: Location great. Room needs face lift but art deco style needs to be saved.

Exhausted after lack of sleep.

Liked: Clean, staff.
Disliked: Extremely noisy in room 425. Near street level and Monkey bar. Industrial noise all night long. People from bar outside talking and laughing. Pillows over our heads did not help!

We really enjoyed our stay...

Liked: Everyone on staff was very helpful courteous. Enjoyed the lounge area on the second floor. The location was great with easy access to the subway and walking distance to many attractions.

Liked: Love location and Monkey Bar. Hotel is getting shabby needs to be refurbished. Bed very very uncomfortable. My room was on street very noisy. Towels were small and not soft. No central switch for lights. Very dark. Staff very nice!

Wonderful weekend stay in NYC!

Liked: The staff is incredibly helpful and attentive. The location is great- close to 5th Avenue, near many museums and of course just several blocks from beautiful Central Park.
