Awful robbery heavily pregnant left...

Disliked: Booked a two room suite as was a group of 3 women and a birthday to make it extra specialAt £400 booked 6 weeks in advance. When arriving to check in at 11pm went to room and it was basically two double rooms next to each other. Disputed this and was told I booked a connecting room, showed booking confirmation stating a two bed room suite. Requested refund as double standard rooms were half the price. Heavily pregnant myself now at midnight begged receptionist for help, he said u will be down here (reception) all night. He couldn’t give me a refund, ended up calling booking.com for support. All I then asked was if we could have value refunded in price different from a suite to double rooms- this was refused by hotel. Really poor service the suite basically had been double booked, do not book here as missold rooms do not look like photos and tan by people whom priorities are making money rather than safe happy guests and seem to have no problem swapping your booking but charging the same

Liked: Extremely well located for the concert I travelled to see.Comfortable room and bed. Clean and quiet.
Disliked: The elevator was not working and climbing the stairs is difficult at my age. Particularly going down then up to the breakfast 2 floors below ground floor was dangerous for me.

Liked: Great area,,quiet street,,,many restaurants nearby, short walk to Seine and the Louvre. Daily room refresh was wonderful! Reception was always available and helpful!
