Drug addict neighborhood.
Liked: Narrow parking spaces.No tissues, not enough towels, heater was blowing cold air.When I checked in, I had to do it through a window while standing outside in the cold.The room smelled bad.
Disliked: Hand soap, clean smell, and being able to stand indoors while checking in would've helped

Liked: The main entrance was locked & they didn't allow me to even enter the main entrance (it was around 10pm) & all the communication was done through the small corner window like you are in a high crime zone gas station & dealing through a small corner window. Just wanted to mention that the temperature was about 50 degree fahrenheit & I had to stay outside for about 15-20 minutes while they were waiting for the booking to show, and despite asking multiple times, they didn't have a curtesy to let me in. For instance, if the area isn't safe so it isn't safe for the customers as well, how you let the customer stay outside for so long like I am there to rob them. I have never experienced this service at any Hotel in my life. And there were two people on the desk & I requested both of them so it doesn't seem to be an individual problem & but a overall hotel policy.
