Disliked: We had many suitcases and a 2 year old. I have stayed here many times previously but this was the first time with my child. We were given a room on the highest floor which involved 2 flights of stairs. I had many suitcases and there was no help taking these up and my daughter hurt herself on the stairs. There was no consideration that we would need a lower floor or atleast help with bags.
