Liked: The design of the hotel is beautiful, it is warm and cozy but also lush and very elegant. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are comfortable and beautifully designed.

Loved it.

Liked: The hotel interiors, its courtyard, the resto, the staff, the location… I walked from hotel to Montmarte - Sacre Couer Basilica using maps, it took me 15 minutes ergo location is very accessible plus I am Asian and was in Europe for 3 weeks was so thankful for the Asian restaurants surrounding it, and also Grab Eats for everything else. Special mention to its staff, all of them specially Pauline very helpful and accommodating. Their service and dedication made the hotel 5-star.
Disliked: Our room, though comfortable, it was facing the building across, couldn’t open it long since the neighbors can see thru. Was lazy to request a transfer as we had 5 luggages. 6 days without proper light coming in, nevertheless the room was very cozy. Book the courtyard rooms, those are lovely.
