The experience exceeded my expectations....

Liked: As always it has been an absolute pleasant and lovely experience to stay in this hotel, which has become my favourite hotel for my frequent visits in Dresden, Germany. The staff members are always friendly, and there is a 24/7 service available at the reception to accommodate any requests as well as late check-ins if needed. I love that there are free apples provided if you need a snack when leaving the hotel lobby. The breakfast has a rich variety of very tasty savory and sweet treats to have either cereals, bread with cold meats or cheeses, pancakes, or scrambled eggs with sausages and bacon, as well as some small pieces of cake, a selection of fruits and yoghurt, allowing for a nutritious and healthy, balanced meal. I always try to book a room with the breakfast included as it always sets me up for a great day. Also, the seat arrangement to enjoy your breakfast allows for a peaceful environment where you can choose where to sit in a spacious dining area.
Disliked: There was nothing left to wish for at this time of my stay. The room was absolutely fabulous and exceeded my expectations of a peaceful and pleasant stay. The bed was very comfy, the shower functional, clean and very pleasant, the room itself was spacious with a lot of comfort on the top floor which made for a quiet and peaceful stay. Everything was perfect. Thank you.

A very pleasant stay in...

Liked: Tasty breakfast with a lot of choices to ensure a balanced breakfast with loads of healthy options such as fruits, eggs, bacon, sausages, yoghurt, and some vegetables such as cucumber and tomatoes, as well as a sweet treat such pancakes and a small piece of cake to indulge with a cup of tea or coffee. It's always worth booking with a breakfast included.
Disliked: The shower curtain in the bathroom. As it is already a small shower with a shower head that can splash the water everywhere, having the curtain to put into the shower tray makes it uncomfortable. With the small shower, shower glass doors would be more comfortable and suitable. The sigh of the shower in the bathroom lowers the overall experience of the business double room. Other than that, the room was very comfortable and pleasant.

Liked: Breakfast was good except that the coffee was disappointing.
Disliked: The single beds were rather narrow and the Bettdecken flimsy. Our double room had only one chair.

Professional hotel with excellent staff...

Liked: It was a little outside the city center, but still a nice location for us. Easy walking to the Christmas markets. Attached to World Trade Center, train stops and bus nearby. Quiet and great breakfast

Liked: They gave our kids gifts, which we greatly appreciated. The rooms were spacious and interconnected, and they were cleaned daily. The location was convenient for walking to the city center, with trams also available nearby. The housekeepers did a good job.
Disliked: The profile was misleading—it stated that free breakfast was offered for Genius members, but this wasn’t the case. Additionally, even though the listing mentioned that city tax was included in the price I paid, I had to pay it again at the hotel. Fortunately, we only had breakfast there once, as it was disappointing for €42 for two adults. However, claiming to offer free breakfast when it’s not true is very disappointing. I have booked many accommodations via Booking.com, and this is the first time I’ve felt so annoyed by an experience.The room facilities also didn’t reflect a 4-star standard—there wasn’t even a kettle provided.
