We had a wonderful stay. Room was great and the location to get to almost any tourist attraction is perfect. I always love to stay at this hotel.

Liked: Room was clean and bathroom was newer. Beds were very comfortable as we're the sheets and pillow cases.
Disliked: It was pretty pricey for a one night stay. We didn't have a microwave or fridge. We didn't even have a table or chair. For $800+ I would have liked those amenities.However, we only needed the room for sleeping and showering so it wasn't a major let down.

Comfortable, clean, exceptionally situated hotel...

Liked: Location, location, location, excellent hotel and housekeeping staff, great security and safety, good overall cleanliness, great breakfast options on-site, fast elevators (little waiting time). Overall, a really lovely hotel in a PERFECT location.
Disliked: Nothing could have been better. I researched the hotel prior to booking and it fully met all of my expectations.

Great Time Square option

Liked: Amazing location and really makes you feel like you are stepping back in time with the decor and style. It's very well maintained and beautiful at Christmas time.
Disliked: The only thing was the room had no dresser so you couldn't really unpack everything.
