We had a wonderful stay. Room was great and the location to get to almost any tourist attraction is perfect. I always love to stay at this hotel.

Disliked: No kettle facility in the room to boil water for tea. Bathroom was a wet room would have preferred if shower was sectioned off.

Liked: The location was great, breakfast was good too, you definitely need a reservation. Booked room long in advance, but when saw the price was considerably less before we went, we were not given a price difference. But, Ok. Also, we had to pay for bag storage because we could not get into our room (friends' room.was ready but told they'd need to pay more to get access, 2 hours early). Never had that before - not even in NYC. Also, housekeeping came into our room at about 10:30 a.m. (check out noon) knocking only while unlocking and opening the door. Quite a surprise. We could have just gotten out of the shower or been in some other compromising situation. Not had that either.

Liked: The Hotel location is perfect few steps from time square and broad ways , hotel is safe , room need to be updated ( it look old) , add more lights in the room , no fridge in the room .
