We had a wonderful stay. Room was great and the location to get to almost any tourist attraction is perfect. I always love to stay at this hotel.

Old world class with great...

Liked: The staff is exceptionally nice and professional. Old school valet parking is 85$ SUV (so worth it ). They had a free wine hour with cheese crackers and fruit. The duo was Broadway quality and sang a range of rock, Broadway and a few Disney classics that brought a tear to my daughter and my eyes. The location is on a side street in the heart of Time Square and Broadway. The free breakfast was European quality and not the usual stale fare you get at chain hotels. Overall, fabulous! I shall return! (Out of towner tip- don’t try to follow google walking maps- it didn’t work for us. Lots of extra steps! Work off that breakfast croissant.

Disliked: it's too noisy, the reception is like a train station, too crowded. Breakfast is poor and you have to pay to sit at the table.
