Liked: Staff super nice. Location is amazing, near the tour buses meeting point, the train station, various restaurants and the main visit attractions.
Disliked: There could be breakfast service, so it would be a complete experience at the hotel.

Great place to stay in...

Liked: Great location that's a short walk away from many attractions in Florence. The staff were friendly and helped us with any questions. Cleaning was done every day and very hygienic. Comfortable beds, big rooms. Outside is a busy street but if you shut the windows you won't hear it.
Disliked: Rather expensive

Liked: The staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. The location was very convenient
Disliked: The only thing I didn't like is something they can't control... The temperature of the water in the shower fluctuated to very hot then back to the desired temperature. Otherwise, everything was great

I thought that my stay...

Liked: I liked that the property was close to the train station, that the staff was friendly and available around the clock, and that it was within walking distance to all of Florence’s best experiences
Disliked: If there was one thing I didn’t like about the property it was that you could hear slamming doors in the hallway as people would come in and out at various times of the day/night
