Liked: Staff was excellent and friendly. Valeted my car they pulled it around for me without even requesting to do something. Very welcoming, warm environment, bed very comfortable, very quiet. Highly recommend and would return.

Good and bad

Liked: The location downtown is great. The hotel has the boutique hotel vibe and is nicely decorated. The room was quiet and the hotel staff were super friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Parking is a bit of a pain. There is only paid parking. Valet is really your only option because there aren’t any open metered parking spots. The TV is virtually worthless. I couldn’t get one channel to work. I called the front desk and apparently there aren’t very many channels and they are impossible to find.
