Liked: The location, and the food.
Disliked: The room was old, dirty and the shower was grimmy. The tiles in the bathroom was so old and grungy. Water came thru all the shower doors and on the bathroom floor. The bed was way too soft and made my back hurt.

Liked: Lobby was very clean, staff was very kind.
Disliked: The room had a weird smell and the bed was by far the most uncomfortable mattress my wife or I has ever been on. All you can hear all night is the traffic on Monroe St ( not the hotels fault ). I was unable to find a safe or anywhere to store valuables. We were not offered any assistance or even a cart to transport our luggage. When we asked where we should park, the desk attendant told us to park on the street, they don’t think the city tows on the weekend.

Liked: Everything, definitely felt welcomed.
Disliked: Wasn't crazy about the even floor shower in the room, I was concerned about getting the bathroom floor. I also didn't have the privilege to control the room temperature. For a person that sleeps with the fan on, not having the ability to turn the ac on caused me to toss and turn all night,

Disliked: Was refused a room because I didn't have an major credit card after I had already paid through booking
