Superb

Liked: Room was spacious and bed very comfortable. City view from room was beautiful. Attention to detail was spot on

An excellent and wonderful stay.

Liked: The hotel is very beautiful, and its location is great. Additionally, they upgraded our rooms to a higher category, and they were spacious with a garden view.
Disliked: Nothing

Pleasant

Liked: Breakfast and staff's pleasant welcoming and recommendations were good and location of the hotel was central and excellent.
Disliked: The cleanliness was not up to standards, dust found in corners, water marks on toilet seat and a hair found in shower. Additionally rooms were not up-kept for example, wallpaper torn and coming off side skirts damaged and marks on walls, it seems previous guests did not care for the room and this has ended up it in not looking amazing. Additionally the heating did not work properly in our room, when we went to sleep it was fine but waking up frozen was not pleasant, nor did the TV in our room work.

High standard facilities and service,...

Liked: In the city centre , very clean, employees are amazing. Price is definitely justified
Disliked: Spa area not very large, no swimming pool
