Exceptional

Liked: My favourite location in Paris, for food, shopping, and immersion in Parisian life. The staff is very kind and willing to help.
Disliked: Everything was excellent. I would only recommend having an iron instead of steamer if possible.

Very bad hotel, not recommended...

Liked: Hello Unfortunately, we stayed in this hotel for two nights. It was a very bad stay with very bad conditions and very poor and bad service. When we entered the room, we realized that the hotel had only provided towels for one person in the room. When we called the hotel to ask for towels, they told us that they did not provide them.There was no hairdryer in the room. There was no iron in the room. There were no basic amenities in the room for people who go to a hotel. I have no idea how this hotel was given three stars. It was more like a very low-quality temporary rental apartment.
Disliked: We asked the hotel service for a toothbrush and toothpaste, but they told us that this was a three-star hotel and that we didn't have any. They usually leave two bottles of water in the room for travelers every day, but they didn't leave any for us and charged us for the water. After a day of staying in the room, when we returned to the room at night, we realized that the room service or cleaning service did not change the sheets, and when we complained, we were told that a three-star hotel does not change the sheets every day. The sheets were very dirty. They told us that the hotel had parking, but the parking was 700 meters away from the hotel and was owned by a car rental and repair company. They lied to us about the hotel having parking, and we had to go and pick up our car from another place every day and drive it. I do not recommend this hotel at all and please give them this negative rating. I went to this hotel with my fiancé and she was very upset about it and we wanted to call the police several times because of their bad behavior.

Hotel in excellent location

Liked: Great location. Plenty of places to eat. The weekend fair was nice. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was ok. The lady at the reception hold our luggage until time to check in.

Liked: The hotel was modern, stylish, clean, bright & airy. Our room was compact but adequate, nicely decorated & very clean. The French doors to the Juliette balcony were great to let some fresh air in too.
Disliked: The lift! This is not for anyone who is claustrophobic. I have never seen such a small lift but since we were only on the first floor we used the stairs. However this wasn’t an issue & is such a minor point.

Great stay and helpful staff

Liked: Newly refurbished . Quiet room. Close to shops, restaurants and subway.
Disliked: Would be perfect if it had some vegan options at breakfast ( non dairy milks , etc )

I would sleep there again.

Liked: 100% cotton sheets.Location.Clean.
