10/10 - Amazing Location and...

Liked: We visited Bruges for half a day back in July from Brussels and absolutely fell in love with it. We decided to go back again last weekend and spend the night. This hotel is absolutely fabulous and worth every penny! The location is great, the room was lovely and overlooked the canal, the staff are extremely friendly and you simply can’t beat the stunning view at breakfast! 10/10 - would definitely stay here again!
Disliked: I can honestly say there wasn’t anything I disliked, it was great!

Liked: We had a room overlooking the courtyard - it was beautiful. The location was central and extremely convenient.

The best place to stay...

Liked: Position, position, position - it just couldn’t be better. We had the suite with a fabulous canal view. The bed was comfortable and bathroom quite new and spacious. The restaurant was lovely and we enjoyed both the included breakfast and dinner we eat there. It was lovely sitting in the bar people watching on the small square with fairy light.
Disliked: Not the greatest water pressure in the shower however it is probably as good as it gets in such an old historic building.

Disliked: Not sure if it was a language thing but the staff could’ve been a bit friendlier.
