over priced, double charged and...
Liked: The food in the restaurant was good and the staff were friendly
Disliked: I paid for my booking on booking.com. but despite showing them my payment confirmation they insisted on taking payment again for the room at the property on the evening I checked in. Hence I was double charged ( by booking.com and hotel). I am still chasing my refund and have not received this. I also paid extra for half board and not just for breakfast. They said half board meant breakfast included. To me, half board usually means lunch or diner included not just breakfast. There is a separate option which states breakfast included so all very deceiving for the customer. The hotel was over priced and I felt ripped off not just because of paying twice but also for misleading information on booking.com

Liked: The hotel was central and had parking on site. The garden rooms were lovely
Disliked: There was no lounge area and a very small dark bar with uncomfortable seats. The staff were curt and bordering on rude most of the time. Service was slow and poor
